I mentioned in one of my recent recipes that I once ate oats for breakfast for 8 years straight. Here is why! Lol. This recipe in SO good!
If you are gluten intolerant (as I now admit that I am, I stopped eating this for breakfast 8 years ago, now I eat fruit for breakfast every day) then this recipe is not for you… you can go check out the rest of my gluten free, plant based, YUMAZING recipes! Simple Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
1 cup of almond milk (or any other vegan milk you like)
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon coconut Sugar
Simple Instructions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar
2. Put it in the fridge before going to bed
3. And VOILA! Enjoy.
