    I used to be very overweight. I tried all the diet-plans known to man but to no avail. I felt so hopeless that I’m never going to get the body I always dream of having. Until I found Donna’s Vegan Diet Meal Plan. Not only did I lose the weight, but I also gained confidence with my self. I never thought being plant-based can change a person’s life the way it changed mine. I started to enjoy what I eat, never bothering to count calories anymore since I’m sure Im eating what my body deserves : a clean and healthy meal. Above all, I started to love myself. I Highly recommend this book to all hopeless souls out there that wanted change in their lives and lose weight THE RIGHT WAY. This is it, this is the right change we should all start with. I already recommended this book to my relatives and friends, and to you as well reader. Buying her book was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made (aside from going plant-based).
