Today I want to share some of my tried-and-true tips for reducing cellulite.

It’s caused by fat pressing against the connective tissue surrounding fat cells, leading to a bulging, dimpling effect, and it’s especially common in areas like the thighs or bum. And no one likes it.

Luckily for you, I have a few secrets for reducing—or completely eliminating—this unfortunate occurrence. 

First, keep in mind that all those lotions and potions and surface spa treatments just don’t work. If you really want to beat your cellulite, you have to work from the inside out. Check out my programs on weight loss to achieve lasting, healthy body-shaping results.

Second, you must remember that cellulite is not a genetic condition. You weren’t born with it, and you don’t have to live with it forever. No matter your age, you can get rid of your cellulite—starting now!

Now that that’s settled, here are my sexy, simple tips for beating cellulite for good:

1. Exercise

Targeted exercises for your lower body—like squats, lunges and jogging—consistently prove to be one of the most effective methods of building muscle and thus reducing cellulite. Be consistent for real results.

2. Hydrate

Drink plenty of water  and commit to a diet of hydrating foods like raw fruits and vegetables. This will help your body cleanse and tone.

3. Reduce fat intake

The best way to do this is by cutting animal products (meat, dairy, eggs) from your diet. Drop the animals; drop the fat; drop the cellulite. 🙂 

4. Body scrub

A handful of coffee ground makes a perfect exfoliant, which tightens and brightens skin. Apply daily in the shower.

5. Moisturize

After you scrub and rinse, massage your skin with a pure, natural oil like coconut or avocado to improve circulation and elasticity, thus reducing dimpling.
